HTC U11 is what you describe as a mixture of power and elegance. When it was first introduced earlier this month, it claimed the honour of being the world's first squeezable smartphone. The phone is the successor to last year's HTC 10 and wow, what a difference one year makes. This amazing device features a stunning Quad HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core processor, 4GB RAM or 6GB RAM, and an Edge Sense functionality that lets you perform certain tasks by just squeezing the phone.

The HTC U11 features 3D glass panels both on the front and back with a metal frame on the sides. The back has a curvy look and feel to it which should help the device fit well in your hands. The back also displays a variety of colours when exposed to light; thanks to the high-refractive materials used.

It is fitted with a 5.5-inch Super LCD 5 display with a Quad HD resolution which should make media consumption, reading text and gaming super crisp.

The screen is protected with a 3D Corning Gorilla glass 5. Using the phone outdoors under bright sunlight shouln't be a problem either due to the display technology used.

When it comes to the camera, the phone features a 12 MP HTC Ultrapixel 3 rear shooter. Expect professional grade photography from this camera. According to HTC, it has the highest DxOMark score of 90, making it the best ever smartphone camera.

16 MP selfie shooter with BSI which should make selfies appear crisp and clear. Other features include UltraSpeed Autofocus, Auto HDR, OIS and BSI sensor.

This device is a high end device and you should expect no compromise when it comes to performance. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, clocked at 2.4ghz.

Multitasking should also be a breeze as it boasts of either 4 GB or 6GB of RAM. You get an in-built storage of 64 GB which can be expanded via microSD. It comes pre-installed with Android 7.0 Nougat and HTC Sense user interface on top of Android.

3000mAh of battery is what this device comes with which is modest for a device with this kind of power if you ask me but this, sometimes doesn't really translate to real life experience as early reports have claimed this device can go up to a full day of use and 5 hours screen on-time on a single charge.

Another good news here also is that you get Quick Charge 3.0 support so you can go zero to a hundred real quick. Lol.

An Edge Sense functionality is built into this phone which enables you perform functions like taking pictures or shooting videos e.t.c and activating specific features by squeezing the sides of the phone. It comes with a fingerprint sensor for extra security. It has a DisplayPort, a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port and is Cat 16 LTE ready (1024 Mbps) with 4×4 MIMO.
